DoorLoop pricing in 2026: plans, unit tiers and fees

DoorLoop publishes starting plan prices, but the exact monthly cost above the first tier depends on the unit tier you select. This page separates what is publicly fixed from what still requires an exact quote.

Research standard: plan and pricing details are checked against vendor-published sources. When exact portfolio pricing is not public, we label it quote-dependent rather than inventing a number. See our methodology.

Public pricing we can verify

PlanPublished annual-billing pricePortfolio guidance
StarterStarts at $69/month for the first 10 unitsDoorLoop says Starter can fit under 10 units with no employees
ProStarts at $149/monthDoorLoop recommends Pro for 10+ units
PremiumStarts at $209/monthPositioned for maximum flexibility, API and integrations

Why we do not publish a fake 25-, 50- or 100-unit number

The vendor’s public page makes clear that pricing changes with unit tiers, but it does not expose every tier as a simple static price table in the public page content. So a precise “DoorLoop costs $X at 50 units” number would be misleading unless it comes from the live quote selector or a current vendor quote.

Fees that can affect real cost

  • Merchant / bank setup: current published fees vary by plan, including $49 on Starter, $25 on Pro and free on Premium for the relevant merchant setup.
  • Incoming ACH: $2.49 on Starter, $0.99 on Pro and free on Premium in the current pricing table.
  • Credit-card payments: the current pricing table lists 3.25% for tenant card payments.
  • Outgoing EFT: $0.99 each under Pro and Premium.
  • eSignatures: $3 per document on Starter, $1 on Pro and included on Premium.

Cost checkpoints by portfolio size

1–10 units

Starter has a public starting point, so headline cost is easier to estimate.

11–49 units

Use Pro as the relevant comparison tier, but request the exact unit-tier price.

50–150 units

Model transaction and staffing needs alongside the exact unit quote; Premium may matter if API/integration flexibility is required.

Our methodology: when a vendor does not publish a precise number for a specific portfolio size, we label it as quote-dependent rather than guessing.
