RentRedi pricing in 2026: flat subscription, fees and true cost
RentRedi's pricing is unusually simple at the subscription level: one feature set, unlimited units and three billing terms. The true-cost question is whether you or the tenant absorb payment and screening fees.
Research standard: plan and pricing details are checked against vendor-published sources. When exact portfolio pricing is not public, we label it quote-dependent rather than inventing a number. See our methodology.
RentRedi pricing at a glance
| Billing term | Published price | Annualized cost |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $29.95/month | $359.40/year |
| 6-month | $20/month equivalent | $240/year equivalent |
| Annual | $12/month equivalent | $144/year |
What flat pricing means at 10, 25, 50, 100 and 150 units
| Units | Annual-plan subscription | Subscription cost per unit/year |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | $144 | $14.40 |
| 25 | $144 | $5.76 |
| 50 | $144 | $2.88 |
| 100 | $144 | $1.44 |
| 150 | $144 | $0.96 |
Payment convenience fees
RentRedi's current help center lists a $1 ACH convenience fee and 3.1% + $0.30 for credit/debit card payments. Tenants pay those fees by default, but landlords can choose to cover them.
Tenant screening cost
Standard TransUnion screening is currently $39.99. Screening with income and asset verification is $49.99. Tenants pay by default, although landlords can elect to cover the screening fee for a unit.
True-cost example if the landlord absorbs ACH
| Portfolio | Annual subscription | One $1 ACH per unit/month absorbed | Illustrative total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 | $144 | $120 | $264 |
| 25 | $144 | $300 | $444 |
| 50 | $144 | $600 | $744 |
| 100 | $144 | $1,200 | $1,344 |
Illustrative scenario only. RentRedi charges convenience fees to tenants by default, so this is not the default landlord cost.
When RentRedi's flat price is strongest
- You manage a growing portfolio yourself.
- You want one subscription across unlimited units.
- You do not want unit growth itself to trigger a higher software bill.
- You are comfortable deciding separately who covers payment and screening fees.
When another platform may fit better
A $144 annual subscription is compelling, but price is not the only decision. If your first priority is eliminating the landlord subscription completely, compare Innago. If your first priority is reducing maintenance or tenant-coordination workload, compare Hemlane. If you manage for outside owners, professional accounting and owner-reporting workflows may matter more than flat pricing.
