Pricing-model guide

Property-management software with no per-unit pricing

If your portfolio is growing, flat or zero-subscription pricing can prevent the software bill from rising every time you add a door. But “no per-unit fee” does not mean “no other costs.”

Research standard: plan and pricing details are checked against vendor-published sources. When exact portfolio pricing is not public, we label it quote-dependent rather than inventing a number. See our methodology.

What “no per-unit pricing” actually means

There are three different models hiding behind the same marketing idea:

  1. Flat subscription: RentRedi charges one subscription regardless of whether you manage a few properties or a much larger portfolio.
  2. Unlimited-property plan: Stessa prices by plan level rather than number of properties; all current plans include unlimited properties.
  3. No landlord subscription: Innago does not charge landlords a monthly platform subscription, but tenants or applicants can pay transaction and screening fees.

When flat pricing is not the whole answer

A professional manager should not choose purely by subscription cost. Owner statements, trust/accounting controls, staff permissions, integrations and support can justify a more expensive professional suite. Flat-price products are especially compelling for owner-investors and operators who want predictable software cost as their portfolio grows.
